How to Immigrate to the United States

I am looking for a country to live tax free, in a warm climate to EASILY immigrate to (keep a virtual business going), then eventually retire. However, it appears that immigration policies seem to be getting harder and harder in almost all countries. They ALL blame the USA for this. What business of the USA do they have being involved in other countries immigration policies?
